Question 1

What is TumakrGuide?

Accepted Answer

TumakrGuide is an AI-powered travel platform offering curated walking tours of Korea with audio guides and real-time navigation. Each tour is crafted by local experts so you can explore the authentic soul of the city at your own pace.

Question 2

How do I start a tour?

Accepted Answer

After purchasing a tour, open "My Tours" in your account and tap the tour you want to start. TumakrGuide guides you from your current location to the first stop, and the audio guide plays automatically as you approach each destination.

Question 3

How long does a typical tour take?

Accepted Answer

Tour length varies — each tour page shows an estimated duration that includes time at each stop and walking between them. You are free to pause and resume anytime. You set your own pace — linger at a spot you love or move ahead whenever you are ready.

Question 4

What languages are the audio guides available in?

Accepted Answer

TumakrGuide currently supports English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French, and Spanish. The audio guide language follows your selected app language automatically.

Question 5

Do I need an internet connection during the tour?

Accepted Answer

A data connection is recommended for real-time navigation and audio streaming. Map data is cached after the first load, so you can keep navigating even in areas with limited connectivity.

Question 6

How do I pay for a tour?

Accepted Answer

You can pay securely at checkout with a credit card or PayPal. Your payment details are processed by trusted payment providers and are never stored on our servers.

Question 7

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the tour has not been started. Once a tour is activated, refunds are no longer available. Contact info@onedaykorea.com for assistance.

Question 8

Do my tours expire after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tour passes are valid for 12 months from purchase if unused, and for 30 days after your first play. Purchased tours stay in "My Tours" and you can start them anytime within the validity period.

Question 9

What souvenirs can I buy?

Accepted Answer

The shop offers a curated selection of Korea-inspired souvenirs and travel goods. You can browse by category, compare items side by side, and save favorites to your wishlist. Goods cannot be purchased separately. With a 1-ride pass you can add goods for a fee, and 3- and 5-ride passes include 1 free goods item.

Question 10

How is souvenir shipping handled?

Accepted Answer

Goods are delivered to the hotel lobby you enter at purchase, at no extra charge. Our operations team will confirm the exact delivery schedule with you.

Question 11

Do I need an account to use TumakrGuide?

Accepted Answer

You can browse tours and souvenirs freely without an account. An account is only required to purchase, save items, and access your tours in "My Tours".

Question 12

How do I change the app language?

Accepted Answer

Use the language selector in the top menu. Changing the language updates the entire interface and sets the matching audio guide language for your tours.
